Petey and Ernie are two turtles that were rescued from an emergency situation and brought to a turtle sanctuary in North Carolina. A former rescuer had amassed 30+ animals for which she could no longer care, and called out for help. Dee Dee Clark at NC Dog Rescue reached out and helped find them a home.
